The 30 acre facility consists of a 28 stall barn, covered arena, outdoor arena, round pen, wash rack, tack room, kitchen, and office. The barn has a fly spray system, air conditioned/heated tack room and office, and hot/cold water in the wash rack. The 12’ by 12’ stalls all have fans, windows, mats, and automatic waterers.

The pastures for turn-out range in size from 1acre to 6 acres, all of which have trees and some with shelters. Most horses are turned out daily in separate pastures.
